| Step 1 - Fairy Citizens in Need |

| A fairy citizen who fled from Kimerian is asking to help fairy citizens who are having difficulties. Help fairy citizens you get to meet while hunting Cocoons in the Fairy Settlement. |
Goal: Get 2x  Mark of Friendship |
Step 1 instruction
You can get 
Mark of Friendship from the easy section of the Fairy Settlement.
There are 3 ways to get them.
1: While destroying Cocoon there is a chance that a Fairy Citizen will appear(rare). Talk to it to obtain a .
Note A fairy may appear regardless if you have the quest or not.
Only the person that destroyed the cocoon can received the reward.
2. There is a very rare chance to find a Marred Centaur Archer, give it a 
Glimmer and it will reward you with a .
3. Fairy Citizen can be found just idling on the side, they will ask for various task that you must complete to obtain a mark. Here are many of the possible task.
*Note: If you trigger any of those mini quest, you can not pick up marks from any other fairies until you finish it or the fairy expires. Having to abort the quest is a possibility.

Scenario B The fairy will ask you to deliver  Letter containing secret information. Return the the Fairy Citizen that started the quest to obtain a . |
| Scenario C The fairy will ask that you free its friend and will start following you around. Destroy some Cocoon, a Fairy Citizen may appear(rare). It will say thank you and walk off. Once that happened, talk to the one that's following you to obtain a . |
Scenario D The fairy will ask that you prove to her that you have the blessing of the wisps, the fairy will start following you around. While fighting in the difficult section of the Fairy Settlement there is a chance to receive the buff  Wisp's Blessing when killing monsters. Once you have that buff, talk to the fairy citizen to receive a . |
| Scenario E The fairy will ask that you escort her to the Fairy Citizen that started the quest. Bring her there and talk to the fairy to obtain a . |
| Scenario F The fairy will ask you to join Kimerian's side. No matter what option you pick there is no mark to be obtained here. |
| Scenario G The fairy will attack you before you talk to her, no mark can be gained. |
| Step 2 - Return to the Arms of Timiniel |

| You have saved fairy citizens and collected all two Certificates of Friendship. Take these and go back to the fairy citizens who fled from Kimerian but now are in the arms of Timiniel. |
With Certificate of Promise you can purchase Twilight recipes and key material from Anthony in the city of Arcan.
