Kaliel's Energy are used when upgrading a Seed Talisman to prevent them from downgrading.
They can be obtained from a 
Kaliel's Energy Box Western Winds which can be obtained from Hero's Treasure Chest Western Winds, purchasable from Moe in the Town of Giran.
