Jewels - Tower of Insolence
You can acquire 
Ring of Insolence I in the Tower of Insolence from Ende. It will require to get 
Token of Insolence Tower, which can be acquired only from quests in order to make trade for new ring or upgrading it.
Here you is list of npc with their quests:
NPC Rieyi - can be found in Kamaloka after successfully defeating boss.
NPC Ende - can be found in lobby floor of the Tower of Insolence.
Augmentation by 
Aria's Life Stone can not be applied on any level of Ring of Insolence.
