La vie en rose's Jewelry Box which can be purchased from the L2Store (limited) or for 300 Shilen's Soul Fragment at Rake in the Town of Aden.
The jewel you get will always be level 1. You can level them up by compounding 2 of the same type and level. If the compounding fails, only one will be destroyed. The chance listed is the chance to get the Gem from a box, not the compound chance. The compound chance is unknown.
