Bracelets can be obtained in various ways, they can unlock up to 6 talisman slots. They can sometimes be enchanted with stats.

Istina's Bracelet	Obtained by completing the quest from Istina's instance or purchase from Aria Furstmater in Hunter village for 1000 Raid Points	5

Istina's Bracelet, Octavis's Bracelet and Tauti's Bracelet can all be upgraded by completing the quest inside the Epic Version of their instance zone. By completing the Epic Instance Quest you will be awarded a Bottle of Istina's Soul, Bottle of Octavis' Soul and Bottle of Tauti's Soul
