 A Provisional Clan Hall is a temporary Clan Hall that can be rented by a clan for a limited period.

+Costs for renting a Provisional Clan Hall are fixed, with no additional fees. Only the clan leader and designated clan members can bid on Clan Halls. To register a bid during the auction period, the Clan Warehouse must have adena to cover the bid amount. Once a bid for a Provisional Clan Hall is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
+Once you win the auction, you will own the Clan Hall for 28 days. Clan members can enter the Clan Hall through Provisional Clan Hall Gatekeeper Kerry or by using a Scroll of Escape: Clan Hall
+Provisional Clan Halls provide a private meeting place for clan members, and while in the hall, lower teleport fees and provide these buffs:
+  * 300% HP Recovery
+  * 40% MP Recovery
+  * 50% XP Restoration (Resurrect to Clan Hall)
